All members of the team at Early Foundations Day Nursery and Pre-school share a common point: our passion for children which has grown with experience over the years. Our team comprises people who are parents themselves.
All members of our staff are selected after a rigorous interview process and trial session. Safe recruitment procedures are implemented through background checks (including enhanced DBS checks) on all our staff and references are also sought from former employers.
We employ only qualified and experienced staff. All members of staff also hold current and valid paediatric first aid qualifications. Our staff benefit from ongoing training delivered internally and externally, which supports their ongoing professional development.
